Chocolate Marshmallow Dessert

I'm still blogging from that photo from yesterday. Check out the Chocolate Marshmallow (big white things in chocolate?). Everyone here knows I think S'mores are the best food on Earth, so of course I was intrigued by that dessert. I just don't know about that recipe...

Prepare 1 package Jell-O Chocolate or Chocolate Fudge Pudding and Pie Filling or Jell-O Tapioca Pudding as directed on package. Place 3/4 to 1 cup miniature or quartered marshmallows in a serving dish or individual dishes. Pour in hot pudding. Chill.

I would think this would melt the small marshmallows... Also, I'd sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.

My back is doing a bit better, but I start physical therapy tomorrow. However, I enjoyed a fantastic audience at the Bloomingdale Public Library last night - about 50 folks came and shared great questions and stories about Cakes. The librarian who hires programs, Laura, even showed me the right way to use a cake breaker. Do you know what that is?

Hey, what a coincidence, but I just received a vintage cake breaker as a gift for my birthday this afternoon. I am an ardent cake baker and server, and I had never seen a cake breaker before. It looks like an intriguing instrument and I would love to find out how to use it properly and if it is any good for cutting pound cakes. Do you have any ideas on this. Please visit me on my blog theteatrolley.blogspot.com and share your wealth of knowledge on this little implememnt. I would love to know all about it.
