My younger son turned 3 yesterday. Here he is with his big brother Josh pictured with the birthday cake. We had all made the Jelly Cake recipe I love Friday night - but it bombed! I don't what happened, but it was a tasty but scary looking crater, and the middle was not cooked all the way through. So my husband put together a pineapple cake mix and drizzled chocolate on it.
